The internal protection of the Assos electric water boiler tank is made of enamelled glass and is fired at 850°C. Before the enameling, an internal cleaning of the tank is done with automatic sand blasting equipment, without using any dangerous chemical substances. This innovative cleaning and enameling method provides a longer life span for the electric water heater, even when using water with high salt content

The steel plate of the external cover of the electric water boiler is painted in the production phase, fired at 250°C and then covered in a protective plastic sheet that safeguards it during transport and is used for insulation in especially humid areas .
